Through the project, our institution will achieve: Goal 1: Strengthening the language skills of 10 participants. Goal 2: Enhancing the vocational skills of 10 students (8 in culinary arts, 2 in hotel service assistance). Goal 3: Promoting social and professional integration for people with disabilities through internships for ZPSW participants. Goal 4: Boosting students' motivation through participation in the project.
The main goal of the project is to improve the key comptences participants and skills useful on the European labor market. Thus, we will improve the quality of vocational education at school and increase the professional and linguistic skills of students. By implementing recognition tools (ECVET documents,Europasses, certificates), we will increase the importance of validation and transparency of qualifications among young people. We will break down barriers of disability in the society as well.
