- increased EU/international capacity: improved management skills and strategies for the international dimension - enhanced cooperation with partners from other countries - innovative and improved outreach to target groups by providing, for example: more attractive curricula; increased qualifications of teachers and training staff; more effective activities for local communities; improved youth work methods and practices in order to actively engage young people or address disadvantaged groups
The results of the mobilities already carried out by ZS No. 1 indicate a huge need to implement foreign projects. Most participants indicate an increase in professional, language and soft skills, and the whole process is assessed as satisfactory. This radically differs from the assessment of the standard education process, thanks to which projects can have an even greater impact on young people, increasing their professional mobility. Our school is willing to educate best students and teachers.
