There’s a need to enhance practical vocational skills and align training with employers' requirements (with a 25% growth potential in the transport/forwarding industry by 2030). It is essential to equalize opportunities and support the social inclusion of students facing financial and family challenges, and to reduce the entry barrier for graduates who hold not only a technician diploma but also market-recognized industry certificates.
