The project aimed to help participants understand that creativity is a skill that can be developed through practice and experimentation, rather than something people are simply born with. A key focus was on strengthening creative thinking and problem-solving skills by encouraging participants to explore different perspectives, generate multiple ideas, and approach challenges in flexible and imaginative ways. A safe and supportive environment was created where participants could feel comfortable making mistakes and experimenting with ideas without fear of judgment. By working with unusual or “worst possible” ideas, participants learned to see mistakes as a natural part of the creative process and to enjoy creativity without the pressure of perfection. Emphasis was placed on valuing the creative journey itself, rather than focusing only on the final result. Participants were given opportunities to express their thoughts, emotions, and ideas through a variety of creative activities. Through both individual and group work, they were introduced to creative methods that could be applied in everyday life, helping them understand that creativity is not limited to artistic expression but can also be used to solve daily challenges and think more openly. Creative collaboration played an important role, as participants worked together on shared tasks that required communication, idea exchange, and mutual support. The intercultural aspect of the project allowed participants from different countries to share traditions and creative perspectives, showing how creativity can connect people from diverse cultural backgrounds. Interaction with elderly participants of our Community Action in MCK Papiernik in Żywiec supported intergenerational learning and demonstrated that creativity has no age limits. This experience encouraged communication, respect, and cooperation between different age groups while highlighting the value of shared creative experiences. Overall, the project encouraged participants to discover their own creative strengths, build confidence in expressing their ideas, and recognize that creativity is unique for each person. It also aimed to inspire them to continue using creative thinking in their everyday lives and to view creativity as a valuable tool for personal growth and communication with others. Our objectives were achieved and were the following: 1.By the end of the project, 30 participants will understand that creativity is a learnable skill and learn 5 steps of creative process and concept of flow. 2.By the end of the project, participants will improve their creative thinking and problem-solving skills by practising 5 techniques such as Walt Disney Strategy, 6 thinking hats, worst possible idea, impro theater, journalling in collaboration with 30 peers from diverse cultural and social backgrounds. 3.Participants will feel empowered to shift their focus from creating "perfect" things to enjoying the creative process, and feel more confident in expressing themselves in different contexts" 4.The project will encourage 30 participants to apply min. 2 discovered creative techniques in personal, academic or work tasks.
