Our experience in working with young people, including people with disabilities, shows that young people often encounter informational, social and communication barriers that hinder their development, especially in the sphere of entrepreneurship and conscious planning of the future. Through this project, we want to break down these barriers by integrating young people from different backgrounds – including deaf and hard of hearing people – and giving them tools to develop their skills in a practical way. The main goals of the project are: promoting entrepreneurship and creativity through workshops and joint activities, developing teamwork and intercultural communication skills, including people with disabilities, especially deaf and hard of hearing, in social and professional activities. We also want participants to acquire digital skills and gain knowledge about career paths available to everyone, regardless of their limitations. The project will enable young people to gain new experiences and develop inclusive and socially responsible attitudes.
