The "Courage to Lead" project is a response to the growing need for developing courage, self-confidence, and essential skills among young people. In today's ever-changing world, young individuals must be not only proficient in digital tools and project management but also open and adaptable to effectively navigate complex situations and challenges. Our goal is not only to prepare participants for the job market but also to develop their language, digital, and interpersonal skills in a practical manner that extends beyond the classroom. We want youth from various backgrounds to become familiar with tools that will enable them to break down barriers and develop on par with their peers. We aspire for participants to gain not only self-confidence but also the competencies that will allow them to act effectively and achieve success, regardless of their starting situation. Through "Courage to Lead," young people will have the opportunity to learn how to effectively communicate their ideas, work collaboratively, and undertake initiatives, further enhancing these processes through the adept use of new technological tools. We want the project to serve as a catalyst that awakens their potential and enables them to realize their own dreams and projects.
