The "Word up!" project was created out of the need to develop young people's competencies in inclusive language and intergenerational communication. The main goal of the project is to increase participants' ability to use inclusive language by 80%, enabling them to break down barriers and build more open communities. Another key objective is to increase participants' knowledge of cultural and generational diversity, as well as communication considering ethnic background and disability, by 75%, through workshops and practical activities. The project engages six countries, and its outcomes, such as the "Inclusive Language Dictionary" and workshop scenarios, will be made available to a wide audience, reaching at least 5,000 people. Participants will be actively involved in creating educational materials, organizing social campaigns, and promoting the core values of the project. The project also strengthens intergenerational dialogue, as young people and seniors will work together to increase mutual understanding and break stereotypes. Through activities such as workshops, energizers, creative evaluation, and teamwork, participants will gain practical organizational and social skills that they can apply in the future. "Word up" is an initiative that combines non-formal education, teamwork, and creativity, inspiring young people to make positive changes in their communities. Through international collaboration, the project promotes diversity, inclusivity, and tolerance, creating a space for dialogue and the development of open and sustainable communities.
