The aim of our project is to provide opportunities for effective learning and skill development for youth workers from 9 different European countries in the area of graphic facilitation. We want to equip participants with tools and techniques to better engage young people through interactive and visual working methods, making communication more effective and accessible. Creating space for innovative approaches in youth work is also an important goal. By exploring a variety of graphic facilitation methods, we want to inspire participants to find new solutions and creative strategies that will enhance their daily work with young people. These skills will not only improve direct engagement with youth but also make internal and external communication within their organizations more efficient, saving time and resources. The project also aims to build a strong, sustainable network of support and cooperation between youth workers from different countries. By exchanging experiences, sharing best practices, and working together on projects, participants will establish long-term connections that promote intercultural dialogue, mutual learning, and ongoing professional development. This network will serve as a foundation for future collaborations and joint initiatives in the field of youth work. Objectives: To understand the influence of visual thinking tools on the learning process in both youth work and educational settings, and to discover practical applications for their implementation. To investigate methods for visualizing and organizing complex data through the creation of infographics, improving the clarity and effectiveness of communication. To acquire and apply fundamental visual elements, combining them to construct meaning and metaphors, thereby developing a personal visual toolbox that can be used in various aspects of youth work. To master the essentials of visual note-taking and graphic recording techniques, allowing for better documentation and dissemination of ideas. To grasp the fundamentals of visual storytelling as a means of organizing information flow, making content more engaging and understandable for young audiences. To develop visual instruments that aid in self-learning and support youth workers in facilitating more interactive and participatory activities. To enhance the overall communication strategies of youth organizations, enabling them to interact more effectively with young people, partners, and local communities.
