As organizations working actively in the youth field, we have observed that today's young people face significant challenges in understanding themselves and choosing their future paths. As a consequence of the uncertainty about their identity and purpose, young people often have to deal with stress, low self-esteem, frustration and even mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. Supporting young people in their development is essential for fostering a healthy and prosperous society and youth workers play a crucial role in this process. To fulfil their role, youth workers need also to work on their own life goals and fulfilment. This is the reason why we created our project "Way to Fulfillment". Our mission is to equip youth workers with the necessary tools and knowledge to find their own life purpose and to be better prepared to support young people in their struggle with finding their own life path. The main goals of the "Way to Fulfillment" project will be: · Equip youth workers with knowledge and tools to support young people in the process of discovering their purpose and building their self-esteem. · Train participants in techniques to develop empathy and create inclusive and supportive environments for young people. · Enhance participants' self-confidence and life fulfilment to improve their personal wellbeing and the quality of their professional activities · Foster participants ability to interact effectively with young people and other stakeholders by improving their communication skills · Provide practical tools and knowledge to support mental well-being in both youth and youth workers. · Develop participants' emotional intelligence, enabling them to better recognize, understand, manage, and influence their own emotions as well as the emotions of others. By implementing "Way to Fulfillment" we will achieve a significant impact on participants´ personal and professional development. The project will bring positive results for youth workers, youth and the society in general. With its realization we will contribute to the promotion of European values and the achievement of the objectives of the Erasmus+ programme by: promoting social inclusion; offering opportunities for lifelong learning and development; fostering cooperation and partnerships at European level; improving the quality of youth work and its recognition, etc. Turning "Way to Fulfillment" into reality will contribute to the main goal of Erasmus+ to build a more inclusive, active, and empowered Europe.
