Our project, "Sustainable Future Leaders: Empowering Youth Workers for a Green Tomorrow," aims to strengthen youth workers' competencies in sustainability, inclusive leadership, and digital engagement. From the perspective of youth work practice, our objectives are: 1. Develop Leadership Skills for Sustainability and Inclusion: Train youth workers to lead and support eco-conscious and inclusive initiatives, emphasizing participatory leadership. 2. Strengthen Non-Formal Education Techniques with a Sustainability Focus: Equip youth workers with innovative methods to integrate sustainability themes into youth work. 3. Promote Inclusive Digital Storytelling: Empower youth workers to use digital tools to create accessible, inclusive, and engaging content on environmental and social issues. 4. Foster European Collaboration on Green Practices: Facilitate knowledge exchange and partnership building among youth workers across Europe to tackle shared sustainability challenges. 5. Create a Practical Eco-Leaders GameKit: Develop a toolkit with interactive activities and resources for youth workers to teach sustainability and inclusivity effectively. By achieving these objectives, we aim to enhance the quality of youth work, promote sustainable practices, and empower youth workers to inspire and guide green and inclusive initiatives in their organizations and communities.
