The main aim of the project was to bring together nine less experienced youth organisations that wanted to gain experience in applying for youth exchanges in the Erasmus+ programme and to equip them with competences on applying for KA152 projects in close cooperation with young people who are their target group. Specific objectives were: - to gain knowledge about youth exchanges and how to apply for them - to become familiar with the application process for funding - to establish partnerships and create youth exchange proposals ready for submission for R1 in 2026 - to discuss challenges in youth work - to provide a safe space where youth workers could reflect on the challenges and risks of youth exchanges The training resulted in 6 youth exchange proposals submitted for R1 in 2026.
