The project was created as a response to the growing need to develop the competences of people working with youth, especially in the context of working with young people with fewer opportunities, including people with disabilities and those at risk of social exclusion. Everyday practice in partner organizations shows that traditional work methods are often not effective enough in engaging and supporting these groups. There is a need to use modern, interactive educational tools that will allow for a better understanding of their needs and more effective integration and educational activities. The aim of the project is to equip youth workers, group leaders and trainers with practical skills in using artistic methods - including drama, theater and art therapy - in working with young people. Thanks to mobility, participants will learn techniques that develop social, emotional and communication competences of young people, which will contribute to their greater activation and integration. The project will also allow for the exchange of experiences between international organizations, which will enable the implementation of proven practices in various youth work environments. The implementation of the project will improve the quality of the activities of partner organizations, introducing an innovative approach to non-formal education and enabling the implementation of methods adapted to the needs of different groups of recipients. Moreover, the long-term goal is to disseminate the developed tools through publications, workshops and educational materials, which will allow other youth workers to use the project results in their daily work.
