The “Youth Think Tank – SIPE” project addresses the need for the professionalization of youth activities and the increased impact of young people on decision-making processes. Many youth consultations do not lead to real changes. The SIPE think tank, established in 2022 as an initiative of the FEIS Foundation, is managed by individuals under the age of 30 and still requires support to stabilize its activities. The project has three main objectives: developing SIPE as a youth expert center providing analyses and recommendations, enhancing young people’s competencies and influence in democratic processes, and creating a long-term youth policy strategy in the Silesian region. By establishing a space for collaboration with experts and decision-makers, the project will enable young people to shape local and regional policies and provide tools for planning the region’s future in line with their needs.
