The project aims to strengthen youth engagement in EU careers by fostering direct dialogue between young people and decision-makers. By bringing students, policymakers, and EU professionals together, it seeks to bridge the gap between institutional career opportunities and the challenges faced by young people in accessing them. Through Youth Participation Events in Poland and Lithuania, participants will not only learn about EU careers but also advocate for structural improvements, ensuring their voices shape future policies. The project promotes cross-border cooperation between Polish and Lithuanian youth, encouraging knowledge exchange and collaboration. A key outcome will be the development of an E-Guide on EU Career Pathways, providing practical resources to help young people navigate EU career opportunities. By equipping participants with skills, knowledge, and networks, the project will contribute to long-term improvements in youth access to EU institutions and career mobility.
