Our project aims to increase youth participation in democratic life by addressing the challenges young people face in engaging with civic processes. Many young people in Poznań either lack awareness of democratic institutions or struggle to find opportunities for meaningful involvement. Through our initiative, we seek to bridge these gaps and create an inclusive space for youth engagement. The project objectives include enhancing young people’s understanding of European institutions and democratic processes, promoting civic engagement by raising awareness of opportunities, and empowering youth in NGOs through leadership and event management experience. Additionally, we want to strengthen cooperation between youth, NGOs, and decision-makers through dialogue and joint initiatives, while also enhancing NGO capacity to support youth leadership and long-term participation.
