The "Young Voice of Rzeszów" project aims to increase youth engagement in decision-making processes and shape the city's youth policy. It addresses challenges such as low youth participation and the lack of tailored development strategies. The main objectives include activating young people through consultations and dialogue with decision-makers, developing a youth strategy, enhancing participants' competencies, and implementing actions in four key areas: labor market and innovation, ecology, civic engagement, and mental health. The project will enable young people to have a real impact on the city by creating lasting mechanisms for cooperation with authorities and organizations. Its outcomes will contribute to long-term changes and greater youth representation in public life.
