The "Podkarpacka Civic Academy" project focuses on developing civic attitudes and fostering active engagement among young people from the Podkarpacie region – an area with limited access to social initiatives. Its main goal is to equip young individuals with knowledge and skills related to civic rights and actions that benefit their local communities. PAO promotes civic engagement by encouraging reflection on the significance of democracy and supporting initiatives that allow young people to have a real impact on their surroundings. As part of the project, self-governance workshops (Civic Lessons) and three integration meetings will be held, enabling participants to exchange experiences, develop leadership skills, and build a network of cooperation. The aim of PAO is to shape conscious, engaged citizens who actively participate in social life and contribute to the development of their communities.
