The "Socially Open City" project was created in response to the need to strengthen the voice of young people in decision- making processes related to shaping urban spaces. Observations and findings from previous projects indicate that young people are often aware of their needs and the challenges their cities face, but they lack the tools and knowledge to effectively influence urban policy and participate in social consultations. The project aims to fill this gap by providing young people with the necessary skills to enable them to actively participate in the social and political life of cities.
