The project aims to improve the quality and innovation of youth work by developing a mobile toolkit of 40 evaluation and reflection methods and providing training for youth workers. By fostering international collaboration and capacity-building, the project addresses Erasmus+ priorities of increasing the recognition of youth work, introducing new learning methods, and supporting the continuous professional development of educators.
