The project aims to strengthen the capacity of (German) minority organizations in Central and South Eastern Europe by fostering transnational cooperation and professionalizing youth work. It seeks to equip participating organizations with the skills and knowledge necessary to design and implement high-quality international projects and integrate intersectional approaches. The project empowers young leaders within the minorities by providing them with leadership training and management expertise.
