With this project, we aim to increase the employability of disadvantaged individuals and enhance their cultural and digital competencies. By equipping our educators with innovative methods, we seek to provide participants with skills that will help them adapt to the labor market.
We applied for this project to enhance the access of disadvantaged individuals to the labor market. We identified gaps in areas such as European identity awareness, digital skills, and labor market integration for people with disabilities, unemployed adults, and young migrants. Through Erasmus+ mobility, we aim to provide these individuals with inclusive education and skills.
