This mobility aims to train staff to enhance the institution’s services by improving elderly care, making it more humanized and person-centered. It seeks to strengthen the relationship between residents and caregivers, reduce stress and burnout, and implement approaches that promote well-being. Additionally, we aim to transform the institution into a "Place of Life," creating more welcoming and meaningful environments while consolidating knowledge in Sensory Stimulation Programs (MSS/MSE).
Our goal is to transform elderly care by making it more humanized and person-centered, strengthening the team’s knowledge in implementing Sensory Stimulation Programs (MSS) in specialized environments (MSE) while following best European practices. At the same time, we aim to provide high-quality, humanized care, improve the relationship between residents and staff, train professionals in person-centered approaches, and reduce stress and burnout.
