-involve management members in the project and train management with leadership strategies that promote inclusion -train teachers in digital skills and innovative integration/inclusion pedagogical practices to work with foreign students and implement at least 5 new strategies -train, per academic year, 120 adults from the local community in the areas of basic digital skills and/or in the Portuguese language -develop English language skills in Technical Assistants.
This project was created to meet the needs identified by the school regarding the inclusion of foreign students. Being a multicultural school, with students of around 40 different nationalities, we are faced with several constraints, particularly in terms of communication and the use of digital platforms. This problem can lead to social exclusion, difficulty in school integration, lack of interest, poor results and school dropout.
