In the next 15 months: + to visit in person the structures of at least 2 foreign organizations that support the inclusion of adults with fewer opportunities. + to develop a digital platform that centralizes information, services, rights, and opportunities for migrants and refugees in the municipality of Braga, in Portuguese and English. To improve the English skills of our directors and educators to enhance their competencies in our area and in the management of international projects.
EuroPlural faces challenges in promoting equal rights and inclusion of its members, who are primarily disadvantaged and belong to minority groups. Several internal surveys have shown that we need to improve our services. Erasmus mobilities offer a development opportunity, allowing for the acquisition of new skills and the formation of international partnerships to strengthen our mission.
