With the implementation of this project we aim to: reduce the distance felt by adult learners with regard to their European citizenship and European values; empower these learners with social and personal competences (soft skills) guided by the values of tolerance, inclusion and diversity; improve the digital competences of all participants; improve teachers' language skills and motivate adult learners to develop their language skills.
Colégio Dr Luís Pereira da Costa prides itself on its teaching excellence, ability to adapt and innovate. Following our motto ‘We are Community’, we aim to motivate our adult learners to be active citizens not only in their local community, but also in the European community. We are applying for this mobility because we recognise its ability to help us address important needs and challenges affecting our adult learners and some of our teaching staff.
