With the project, we aim to encourage a shift in adult education paradigms by promoting practical learning, focusing on the inclusion of new technologies as a pillar for the development of digital literacy, the promotion of a foreign language, and valuing and projecting lifelong learning for the development, enhancement, and validation of competencies as preponderant social and economic imperatives.
The LLL4ALL project aims to continue the staff training plan as a fundamental imperative for the validation of skills and the empowerment of adults, as well as to deepen competencies in linguistic skills, digital education, and support for inclusion. It seeks to strengthen the foundations among disadvantaged groups, with a view to creating effective employment opportunities and adapting to the demands of a constantly changing and evolving society that will require continuous adjustment capacity.
