Our aim is to provide QC learners with personal, digital and linguistic skills that can be a lever in their personal and social lives. As well as boosting the transversal, digital and digital awareness skills of the trainee conductors, who will be a conduit of knowledge for their work groups. We also want to train teaching and non-teaching staff in transversal, digital and sustainability skills with an impact on the whole community.
Applying for this project is a way of providing opportunities for learners, teaching and non-teaching staff to live an international training experience in areas aligned with European priorities and which correspond to very pressing needs in our social and educational context. We believe that international mobility is an excellent response to the development of personal and social competences that can provide a world of opportunities.
