Humanize Care+ intends, namely in the area of dementia, addictive behaviors, eating disorders: 1. to improve the skills of professionals in the context of the training of the assisted person through job-shadowing 2. learning new dynamics and methodologies for training/training informal caregivers 3. to promote the knowledge of International Experts (with consolidated experience in mental health responses integrated in the Community) among the Scientific and Lay Community.
The IIHSCJ intends to create a process of convergence between european (EU approach to Menthal Wealth, ODS 2030) and national (National SM Plan) guidelines in the Strategic Plan outlined for the next six years. In strategic areas, it's a priority to invest in innovation and competitiveness by making use of the good practices of other entities in the sector, allowing, through the promotion of knowledge and learning, the development of the skills of the Teams, Assisted Person and Caregiver.
