We want to reinforce internationalization efforts of the organisation, to follow European dimensions on adult's teaching and learning, to reinforce European values (sustainability, diversity, participation and tolerance) linked to the development of learning activities with adult learners and educators, and to expand and diversify our training offer, strongly focused in the empowerment of essential skills in adult learners and technical improvements in educators
USRM (Universidade Sénior de Rio Maior) places this application on the context of its efforts to reinforce internationalization as a rlevante dimension of its mission. The main target is to find answers for its European cultural and social misunderstandings loaded by adult learners. Through proposed activities, it is intended to help participants to open up to Europe and enjoy enriching learning experiences that may became became a motivation for others to follow its footsteps.
