To train adult trainers in Digital and Inclusive Innovation with a view to continuously improving the quality of adult education provided. 3. Establishing European networks to complement the existing internationalisation project with a view to sharing adult education practices at European level.
Learners come from disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds and face difficulties in acquiring academic and digital skills, but they also face emotional and psychosocial challenges. The lack of a continuous school career, combined with previous experiences of failure and difficulties in cultural adaptation, creates insecurities that jeopardise their personal and professional development. In order to overcome this situation, they need to be equipped with appropriate tools at these levels.
