This project aims to promote adaptation to new realities, encouraging openness to change and the ability to intervene in today's world. It aims to improve the quality of vocational education by improving working methods and strengthening the pedagogical and digital skills of trainers. In addition, it focuses on promoting European citizenship, raising awareness of diversity and encouraging democratic and civic participation of those involved.
The Vaz Serra Institute applies for this project to provide quality education, promote inclusion and reduce inequalities in access to training. Mobility will develop technical and social skills, strengthen European identity and improve the employability of pupils. In addition, it will strengthen the link between school and the labour market, encouraging the sharing of good practices and the internationalisation of our institution.
