Motivation for lifelong training and the permanent collection of knowledge in other European countries, the development of language skills, as well as digital skills, both of which facilitate learning, the cultural and social enrichment of trainees and the completion of Practical Training in a Work Context (internship).
This is a unique opportunity to stimulate the linguistic, digital, technological, environmental, cultural, personal and social development of trainees who are beneficiaries of the project and have fewer opportunities, and also to develop the internationalization of the Center, deepening its partnerships with Vocational Training Centers and European companies. In addition, this initiative will have an impact on the families of participants in the motivation of the training population.
