This Erasmus+ VET project will help to motivate students and prepare them for the labour market, and improve teachers' skills, considering that: 1-Students acquire practical skills, cultural awareness and language skills, which are essential in today's labour market. 2-International mobility awakens curiosity, broadens horizons and deepens cultural understanding. 3-Teachers improve their competences for VET, which is beneficial for them and their students.
The project aims to provide vocational education students with international experience, to develop technical, linguistic, and cultural skills, and to promote their employability. Considering their socio-economic context, this Erasmus+ mobility represents a unique opportunity to broaden horizons, improve career prospects, and prepare for labour challenges and opportunities. It will enable teachers to acquire teaching skills and techniques to improve student practice and motivation.
