We aim to strengthen European identity, empower teachers, and enhance student qualifications. English training will increase teacher engagement in Erasmus+ projects. International internships will help students develop technical and social skills, reducing dropout rates. Job-shadowing will support the adoption of innovative teaching methods, fostering a more dynamic and inclusive learning environment aligned with labor market needs.
AEDS aims to expand internationally, enriching students’ and teachers’ educational experiences. We strive to reduce dropout rates and enhance employability by developing diverse skills through higher-quality education. Many teachers fear language barriers in mobility programs. To address this, we offer English training and job-shadowing, alongside international internships, ensuring innovation, inclusion, and both academic and professional success.
