The project aims to increase students' attendance and motivation by offering an international internship opportunity to 20 participants . It seeks to develop technical, linguistic, and intercultural skills, enhancing employability and European citizenship. The project will have a multiplier effect, encouraging more students to appreciate the value of their training and strengthening CPL’s international cooperation.
Casa Pia de Lisboa (CPL) faces challenges like absenteeism and student demotivation, many of them from psychosocially vulnerable backgrounds. Erasmus+ is an opportunity to boost commitment to training, develop skills, and promote inclusion. The international experience will enhance students' employability and strengthen CPL’s internationalization, aligning with the Sustainable Development Goals and the European Union values.
