Through our participation and the mobility of trainees and trainers, we aim to develop key skills that enhance their personal development and employment opportunities in their field of activity. We also hope to achieve a continuous update of the pedagogical and training content in crafts at our Centre, which may benefit the sector as a whole by promoting updated practices and professionals.
CEARTE applied for this Erasmus+ project recognizing its enormous benefits in the educational journey of our students and in the development of the craft and heritage sector in Portugal. Furthermore, we have observed a significant impact from past participations in expanding and strengthening our network of partnerships, which compels us to continue investing in these initiatives.
