1. To develop, consolidate and extend, in a real work context, the knowledge and professional skills acquired during the training. 2. To provide socio-professional experiences that facilitate the young people's future integration into the world of work. 3. To develop learning in the field of health, hygiene and safety at work. 4. To promote an environmental awareness of both students in FCT and teachers in job shadowing, through the integration of sustainable and innovative practices.
The AEAG, despite its limited experience in this type of project, decided to apply in order to provide vocational education students and teachers with an international learning opportunity, promoting inclusion, pedagogical innovation and employability. The mobilities will lead to the exchange of good practices, the development of digital and sustainable skills and a greater integration into the Erasmus+ network, catapulting the AEAG towards modernisation and internationalisation.
