The project aims to reinforce the quality of education and vocational training, through innovative and inclusive methodologies, enabling professionals to better adapt training to the needs and interests of young people. It will promote social inclusion and employability and active participation in training, in more inclusive educational environments. It will strengthen cooperation and internationalization, increasing participation in projects of cooperation in education and vocational training.
With this project, AE2O aims to strengthen and qualify second chance education that has been promoting for 20 years, aiming at the qualification, social inclusion and employability of young people, continually exploring innovative approaches. Erasmus+ mobility will provide rich technical, social and intercultural learning experiences for professionals and young people, fostering the exchange of practices and ideas, pedagogical modernization and the strengthening of international partnership.
