Objective 1: To prepare trainees for a complex and ever-changing job market; Objective 2: To train trainees and teachers in new and innovative digital skills; Objective 3: To train trainees and teachers in innovative ways of raising environmental awareness; Objective 4: To train trainees and teachers in inclusive values such as understanding, solidarity, empathy and active citizenship.
This will be the first application for Vocational Education, aimed at developing professional skills for employability and educational success, a response to the challenges in a constantly changing world that requires effective and innovative intervention, such as a rapid technological evolution due to automation and AI processes, the climate crisis and the need to adopt sustainable practices. There is also a strong need to promote emergent values such as inclusion, empathy and solidarity.
