Unveiling Potentials aims to equip HR professionals with practical resources, offer e-learning tools, and build mentorship networks that highlight neurodivergent strengths. Ultimately it will also improve inclusion for undiagnosed/undisclosed autistic adults to foster better day-to-day well-being and career opportunities for those who have never received a formal ASD diagnosis or do not wish to disclose it by bringing on a cultural shift in organisations.
