In today’s digital age, young people are increasingly navigating a world that is both exciting and complex. For many youth, especially those from smaller towns and rural areas, challenges like digital security, responsible use of online platforms, and effective communication in digital spaces are growing concerns. "One Click Can Change - Digital Skills for Everyone" aims to address these challenges by equipping young people with the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to thrive in the digital world. By bringing together participants from Georgia, Italy, Portugal, and Armenia, the project fosters a space for cross-cultural exchange. This collaboration provides a unique opportunity for young people to share their experiences of digital challenges in different local contexts. By learning from one another, participants will gain a broader understanding of the issues they face and work together to find solutions that can be applied in their own communities. The primary goal of this project is to provide youth—particularly those from rural or marginalized areas—with the chance to engage in non-formal education that enhances their digital literacy and soft skills. Our objectives are to: ● Empower young people to become active, engaged citizens who are well-equipped to participate in both local and global communities. ● Bridge the gap between formal education and the workforce by providing skills that are not always taught in traditional schooling, making participants more competitive in the job market. ● Support personal and professional development by turning challenges into opportunities for growth, ultimately helping participants overcome obstacles they may face in their communities By the end of the project, we want participants to have developed key competencies that will support their future success. These include a solid understanding of digital security and the tools needed to navigate the online world safely and ethically, the ability to create a personal brand and use platforms like LinkedIn to showcase their skills and talents, and stronger communication skills, including public speaking and teamwork. These are all essential for both personal growth and career development. Ultimately, this project is about demonstrating that small actions can lead to significant change. We want young people, particularly those from smaller communities, to realize their potential and understand that they have the power to make a meaningful impact in their own lives and in their communities.
