Currently, technology is present in almost every aspect of our lives, often distancing us from our creativity and humanity. However, when combined with art, technology can become a powerful tool for expression, inclusion, and social activism. In the context of youth work, it is essential to equip youth workers with tools and methodologies that allow them to explore this fusion and apply it within their communities. The objectives of the Training Course "THE ARTIST'S CODE: The Fusion of Tech & Art" are: -To equip youth workers with artistic creation tools and methods combined with technology, making these practices more accessible and demystifying the idea that they are complex or reserved for specialists. -To promote critical reflection on the impact of technology on society and encourage its ethical and conscious use in the context of youth work. -To demonstrate how art and technology can be used as tools for social change, inspiring participants to create projects that foster a fairer and more inclusive world. -To foster the exchange of experiences and international collaboration, providing a learning space where participants can share practices and build professional networks. -To provide practical experimentation opportunities, allowing participants to develop skills in using both digital and analog technologies for artistic creation. -To encourage the creative documentation of the artistic process, teaching participants how to record and share their projects through visual and multimedia formats. -To raise awareness of European opportunities and the Erasmus+ program, highlighting the importance of international collaboration in developing new educational approaches. Through this Training Course, youth workers will gain new skills and perspectives, bringing the acquired knowledge back to their organizations and communities. The goal is to integrate art and technology as an educational and social tool, enhancing their impact in youth work.
