Objectives

The project aimed to strengthen the facilitation skills of youth workers and improve the quality of non-formal education practices within their organisations and local communities. It focused on enhancing participants' competences in learner-centred facilitation, group management, intercultural communication, digital youth work and inclusive educational approaches. Special attention was given to supporting youth workers who engage with young people with fewer opportunities, enabling them to create more accessible, participatory and empowering learning environments. The project also promoted environmentally sustainable practices, the effective use of digital tools and long-term international cooperation among partner organisations. By improving the professional capacities of youth workers, the project sought to increase the overall quality, inclusiveness and impact of youth work activities at both local and European levels. All objectives defined in the application were successfully achieved.
