EmpOdemira aims to reverse rural youth exodus, disengagement, and disempowerment by fostering active civic, social, and economic participation in alignment with EU values and sustainability principles. It will empower rural youth to develop livelihoods that enhance community resilience, and strengthen democratic engagement while connecting to EU programs and youth policies OBJECTIVES: -Increase youth participation in civic life through structured dialogues, youth forums & policy co-creation -Develop entrepreneurial, digital & leadership skills to create employment opportunities and combat rural exodus -Promote ecological awareness and agroecological practices, connecting youth to sustainable rural development and regenerative entrepreneurship -Bridge the gap between youth and decision-makers, ensuring more opportunities for rural youth and the creation of youth-led policies -Connection to the EU, fostering engagement in Erasmus+ & ESC while reinforcing ecological and democratic goals
