With this project, we aim to promote social inclusion and equal opportunities, allowing young people with fewer opportunities to participate in the DiscoverEU Inclusion Action. Our main objective is to eliminate the barriers that prevent these young people from accessing European mobility experiences, ensuring that they can travel, learn and grow on equal terms with their peers. From a youth work perspective, we seek to empower participants, increasing their autonomy, self-confidence and intercultural awareness, while developing essential life skills such as problem solving, communication and adapting to new contexts. Through structured monitoring, mentoring, intensive preparation and continuous support, we ensure that these young people make the most of the educational dimension of DiscoverEU, strengthening their active participation in society and their European identity. Ultimately, this project aims to generate a lasting impact, not only on the participants, but also on the youth organizations and communities involved, contributing to a more inclusive and accessible Erasmus+ program for future generations.
