The Equitable Leaders Academy (E-Leaders) project empowers young people (15-25 years old) for equitable leadership, promoting diversity, inclusion, and social justice. It aims to develop an innovative method to combat inequality and discrimination, create a transnational network of young leaders, and support youth organizations. It will directly impact 30 young people and 300 individuals indirectly, providing a Toolkit and a repository of best practices, contributing to SDGs 4, 10, and 17.
