By implementing this project, we aim to: -enhance our staff's knowledge and skills in approaches that support well-being, self-care and resilience-building to better support pregnant women and mothers -empower our trainers to design effective strategies for building resilient communities and cultivating supportive networks -foster collaboration between our team and expectant mothers to co-create wellness interventions that are relevant and community-based.
At Caregivers, we're passionate about supporting mothers and families in Romania. We've been providing non-formal educational programs, working with a diverse range of women. Through our work and participation in past Erasmus+ project, we've seen the importance of empowering women and building strong communities. This project is our next step in that journey. We're eager to learn from organizations across Europe and co-create innovative programs, ensuring our work is relevant and impactful.
