O1: Developing the skills of 3 trainers in inclusion/diversity to create an accessible and equitable learning environment for all learners, including those from disadvantaged backgrounds. O2: Enhancing the coaching/mentoring skills of 4 trainers to provide personalized support and indirectly motivate adult learners from disadvantaged backgrounds. O3: Developing the IT skills of 6 adult learners to improve active citizenship and quality of life, fostering lifelong learning.
We applied for this project in the field of adult education to enhance the skills of trainers and adult learners, which are essential for creating an inclusive and diverse educational environment. Developing coaching and IT skills is important for motivating adult learners and opening new employment opportunities for them. Through Erasmus+, we aim to improve the quality of adult education and support personal and professional development, contributing to a more educated and inclusive community.
