We aim to develop the digital skills in AI of trainers and adult leaders from rural communities, improve access to quality digital education for at least 200 adults, and create a practical AI training manual for community leaders. In this way, we will contribute to enhancing self-learning capacity, professional and personal development, and the integration of digital technologies in educational and community activities (2025 EU Adult Education priorities).
We applied for this project because we want to develop the digital skills of trainers and adult leaders from rural and small urban communities who are members of the TON Foundation, especially in the field of AI, to support their sustainable development. The project provides an opportunity to address the lack of access to quality digital and AI education and contribute to the integration of digital technologies in adult education, having a direct impact on disadvantaged communities.
