Through the implementation of this project, we aim to enhance the professional and personal competencies of 10th-grade students enrolled in the Computer Technician and Chef qualifications, facilitating their integration into the labor market within one year of graduation (O1). Furthermore,we seek to strengthen the "digital pedagogy" competencies of 6 VET teachers (O2) and establish European partnerships to support the continuous professional and personal development of both teachers and students
We aim to address the school's main needs by: -Increasing the professional success rate of students from socially disadvantaged and vulnerable groups to increase the employability rate after graduation. -Enhancing teachers' professional development in digital pedagogy and to increase students' motivation for learning. -Developing vocational training partnerships for students and teachers at both local and EU levels, strengthening the school's European dimension.
